Yoga Day Retreat

at Pamflete House, Haye Farm, Holbeton, PL8 1JZ
Enjoy some well deserved time out with me for a day of nourishing yoga, guided meditation, restorative nature walks, local organic food and mindful company in the beautiful location of Pamflete Estate.
Investment is £75 for the day (£70 if paid in full in advance)
This includes pranayama practice, 2 x 90 minute yoga classes (Vinyasa and Yin), a guided meditation, a vegetarian lunch (vegans will also be catered for), all day teas, coffees and light snacks and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a walk around the Pamflete Estate and the beautiful Mothecombe beach.

Yogafest - Saturday 16th April 2019
I am very excited to be teaching again at Totnes' Yogafest on 16th April. It is a lovely day of all things yoga and a heartfelt celebration of the richness and diversity of yoga, offering 9 styles for you to try out.
It is held in Birdwood House, Totnes High Street and starts at 9am till 6pm followed by Chanting from 6.30-8pm. Local, organic food and chai is on offer all day in the cafe.

All workshops are held at Chapel House Studios. All workshops cost £35 each/ £30 if paid in advance.
By using the principles of yoga, meditation, breath work, relaxation and visualisation, I aim to create a comfortable, informal and safe space for you to explore your own body and take a more active role in self healing.
Every workshop aims to -
Introduce and increase breath awareness.
Demonstrate and practise yoga postures that focus on strengthening and stretching specific problem areas and/or help coping with particular issues.
Provide guided meditations and relaxation.
Allow time for you to ask any questions and go over any areas of interest/difficulty.
Give you a handout of practical tools for you to take home and use in your everday life.
All workshops are 3 hours long. There is always time for a wee cup of tea and organic vegan refreshments are provided. Students are advised to eat a light lunch at least an hour before the workshop starts. Comfortable clothes are recommended. Mats, blocks and blankets are provided.
