I aim to make yoga accessible, enjoyable and rewarding through my classes and workshops, enabling you to experience personal transformation and assist in your path to wholeness.
I teach from my heart and encourage my students to discover their own pace and place in their practice - to do what feels good for you .

Qualified in a range of styles, I specialize in therapeutic massage. Working intuitively, this is therapy for the mind, body and soul.
Yoga Therapy Workshops are held throughout the year focusing on specific problem areas (lower back/ neck & shoulders/ anxiety/ sleep problems) and encourage developing a home practice of self-healing
