I aim to make yoga and meditation accessible, enjoyable and rewarding through my classes, workshops and retreats enabling you to experience personal transformation and assist in your path to wholeness.
I teach from my heart and encourage my students to discover their own pace and place in their practice - to do what feels good for you . I also hold healing space as a Holistic Therapist for you to nourish your self on a deeper and more personal level.

Qualified in a range of styles, I specialize in therapeutic massage and work intuitively with your individual needs. I also offer Reflexology and Indian Head Massage and Reiki.
Massage Tuition for Couples & Therapists is also available.
Yoga Therapy Workshops are held throughout the year focusing on specific problem areas (lower back/ neck & shoulders/ anxiety/ sleep problems). Yin Deep workshops are held during Winter. Workshops can also be designed to cater small groups and specific requirements.
