Hello and Welcome to my website.

Would you like to experience less stress, more balance, happiness and increased health? Your healing journey has already begun...

Yoga has the ability to both heal and particularly prevent poor health, illness and stress by helping people reconnect with their body, mind, emotions and energy.

I aim to make yoga and meditation accessible, enjoyable and rewarding through my classes, workshops and retreats enabling you to experience personal transformation and assist in your path to wholeness.

I teach from my heart and encourage my students to discover their own pace and place in their practice - to do what feels good for you .  I also hold healing space as a Holistic Therapist for you to nourish your self on a deeper and more personal level.

Vinyasa Yoga

Holistic Massage Therapy

Qualified in a range of styles, I specialize in therapeutic massage and work intuitively with your individual needs.  I also offer Reflexology and Indian Head Massage and Reiki.

Massage Tuition for Couples & Therapists is also available.

Yoga Workshops

Yoga Therapy Workshops are held throughout the year focusing on specific problem areas (lower back/ neck & shoulders/ anxiety/ sleep problems).  Yin Deep workshops are held during Winter.  Workshops can also be designed to cater small groups and specific requirements.

Corporate Yoga, Small Groups & Private Functions

Highly effective yoga classes, mindful meditation, workshops and massge therapy packages to help alleviate psychological stress and anxiety, improve mental focus and communication, enhance awareness and creativity leading to improved productivity within the workplace.  Private yoga classes on-site catering for small groups.  Yoga and Holistic Therapy packages availablie to suit your personal needs.
